Administrative Team
Marquelle Peavy Marquelle Peavy was named acting principal of Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in 2024. Prior to being named acting principal of Stoddert, Peavy was assistant principal at Stoddert for five years and served as the administrative intern at St. Charles High School. Mrs. Peavy started with CCPS as a Language Arts teacher at Mattawoman Middle School and an English and Literacy teacher at St. Charles High School. Mrs. Peavy holds a bachelor’s degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, earned her teaching certification from the Institute of Education, University College London, and holds master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. |

LoWanda Buck LoWanda Buck began her educational career 24 years ago in Prince George's County. In 2016, she joined Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) as a STEM and Gateway to Technology teacher at Mattawoman Middle School. In 2022, Buck was named as the administrative intern at Mattawoman. Buck has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Maryland University College, and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. |
Joseph Evans Joseph Evans was named Assistant Principal of Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in 2022. Prior to going into administration, Evans was a science teacher at Mattawoman Middle School, and previously worked at Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer Elementary and Matthew Henson Middle School. Evans holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with an emphasis in science, a master's degree in educational administration from Grand Canyon University, and is currently working towards a doctorate in educational leadership K-12 from Liberty University. |

Juan Green Juan Green was named Assistant Principal at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in 2023. Prior to going into administration, Mr. Green was a Special Education/English teacher at Thomas Stone High School. Before teaching in Charles County Public Schools, Mr. Green was a classroom teacher in Prince George’s County Maryland and Williamsburg James City County Virginia. Mr. Green holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Howard University and a master's in education from The University of Phoenix. |

Tami Dahm Tami Dahm was named Administrative Intern at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in 2024 where she was previously a math teacher. Ms. Dahm started her time with Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) as a math teacher at Theodore G. Davis Middle School. Before teaching in CCPS, Ms. Dahm was a math teacher in both Harnett and Lee counties in N.C. Ms. Dahm holds a bachelor's degree in education from Liberty University with minors in math, adolescent psychology, and curriculum and instruction. Dahm is in the last stage of her master's degree in educational leadership from the American College of Education. Dahm has also earned her advanced professional certificate through the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). |
